Clearview helps patients and families in Las Vegas understand what is happening with their medical care and get to the right people quickly.
How it worksMedical records, imaging reports, lab results, consult notes. We go through them with you and say, in plain language, what they mean.
Understand your options, write down the questions that matter, and know what to ask before you sit down with your doctor.
The specialists, hospitals, and facilities best suited to your situation, in Las Vegas and beyond, and why.
We make the calls, speak with physicians and administrators directly, and work to get you seen sooner.
When several doctors, facilities, and insurers are involved, we keep the plan straight and the paperwork moving.
For adult children helping a parent, or anyone managing care for someone else: a steady, knowledgeable point of contact.
Clearview is a navigation and education service. It is not a medical practice.
We do not examine, diagnose, or treat.
We do not prescribe or order tests.
We do not replace your doctors, and we do not form a doctor-patient relationship with you.
We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Fees are paid directly by the client.
Your doctors make the medical decisions. Our job is to make sure you understand them, have the right doctors, and are not left waiting.

Up to 90 minutes, with a written summary and next-step plan.
One hour.
Payment is due at the time of service. No insurance is billed.
Your navigator
A physician with more than 30 years in medicine. He has been medical director of rehabilitation hospitals and clinics, has run his own practices, has served as principal investigator on 20 clinical trials, has taught at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and has led medical humanitarian missions in Africa and Asia.
He knows how hospitals, practices, and specialists operate from the inside, and he speaks with physicians and administrators as a colleague.
In this business he works as a medical navigator, not as your treating physician.
